Texas Super Motard Race at the old Police Academy 8-10 June
Super Motard Riders, here's your chance to race legally in front of the police, in fact....it will be at the old police Academy. VIPs include Ministers and very high ranking police officers. 3 day long event to pit your SM skills against your friends. This is a SMSA sanctioned race, please register with your SMSA race licence and $100 only. Details are below.
SM Guys, if your want SM racing in Singapore to take off....show your support in numbers there!! Singaporean Ministers, Singapore Police Force, Local Sponsors and about 20 odd bike shops will be watching your response. Its up to you, SM can be a fun competitive sport locally or just a another bling bike you commute to work. See you there!!

Check out the results.....Singapore Class Motocross championship.
The Electronic Transponders from SIC gave us an incredible breakdown of the results. Many riders were on the injured list and a few others could not make it for this race.
Just to compare how fast the expert class is going, James Robinson clocked a fastest lap of 1:16.761 on the same track!!
This is a 6 round 2007 Singapore SRdirtbike.com Class Motocross Championship. The next round is SEPANG on Sat, 23 June 2007. See you there!!

With round one of Sepang International Circuit – Automobile Association of Malaysia or SIC-AAM Motocross Championship 2007 SRdirtbikes.com Category ended in February 2007 at the Sepang Motocross Track, the challenge is up for all! Grace Chan gives the low-down of the top riders from round one contending the Singapore Motocross Champion title.

2nd round on the 20th May *UPDATED on 22April*

2007 Motocross Championship Update - Segamat next round on 20 May. Ulu Pengelli PUSHES back to Original July 14-15 date
The Slackriders Motocross Championship in 2007 has a venue change affecting the next round.
The 2nd round on the 20th May will be at Segamat instead of Batu Pahat.
Apologies on behalf of SIC for yet another change in the venue. The dates are committed and stays FIRM. It was earlier reported that Batu Pahat is swapped with Ulu Pengelli. SIC has confirmed the next round is at Segamat replacing Batu Pahat, and ulu pengelli goes back to the original date *All these news are correct as on 22 April 2007*
This class is only for Singapore residents. SMSA race licence is required for Singapore riders.
If you're not a Singapore resident, there are other classes to join, Vets, Experts, Trail, Novice, Junior, mini. AAM or FIM licence is required.
SR MX class has Trophies up to 5th (per race) and CASH prize up to 3rd (per moto).
2007 Singapore Motocross Championship Title is on the line......(SMSA recognised)
TOP 3 Overall Championship riders will also get Big Overall trophies and Big CASH prizes.

2007 Motocross Championship table (Updated 23 Oct)
The points standing table of our Slackriders Motocross Championship in 2007.
We are taking part in the SIC-AAM MX championship and will be updated after each race. There are total 8 rounds for the Malaysians. But Singapore riders are only going for 5 out the total 8 rounds.
3 at Sepang and 2 other different places in nearby Johore.
On top of this, we understand Singaporeans are busy with work and family, you may not be free to race every round. We are looking for the best 4 of 5 rounds. Allowing you to "throw-away" 1 race in this championship.
We have changed our points system to align with SIC points system after Round 3. SIC is a moto-by-moto points system. While we initially gave points on the race day win only. Both methods have its pros and cons, but the reason we change our point system is simply to align with the SIC championship table.
