BIKERS AID CHARITY RIDE - SUNDAY 30th SEPTEMBER 2007

Tabung Amal Aidilfitri (TAA) is a charity campaign which is held every year during the fasting month. You may want to know more about them and surf their site at www.taa.org.sg

Every year, different bike models group together and ride in mass convoy legally. Suprisingly very few dirtbikes nor supermotos were involved in the previous years. I would like to urge you guys from the scrambler community be involved in this charity event for Bikers.

The convoy riding will start at either Kallang People Association or Kallang KFC Carpark to Taman Warisan (Istana Kampong Glam) near Sultan Mosque.

All participants are to form up at the said location by 1.00pm. The convoy will commence from 2pm to 4pm. Each group of 50 riders will be led by a Gold Wing Biker. A donation box will be passed around for any amount of contributions. The whole event will end at 9pm.

Since the end point will be at the historical place of interest and to maintain the surroundings, Riders are advice not to do any stunts like doughnut and wheelies etc.
