the best insulation material is cork board. Cheap and effective

ok..go to those industrial hardware shop and ask for "ALUMINIUM tape". It will help to reflect the heat.
Its like a fat masking tape but made of real Aluminium foil and one side is sticky.
It comes in a roll just like masking tape.
I bought one roll at the hardware shop at Pinoeer circle recently (Tuas)

Alternatively, cork liner is also effective (but difficult to find), the next best thing is to buy those Felt material stick on. (Usually comes in circular or square shape, one side is also sticky, usually used to past on the legs of chairs/table to avoid scratching the floor)

Good luck.
