Tks for all gurus help and advise. At e end I din buy e bike from e seller. I got from another seller which I think is a fair deal.

Presently, need advise and help again as I was told most XR4 braking is veri weak as e ride can really slow down by braking. Pls advise on how and where can I improve e braking system for XR4?

Whoever told you XR4 brakes are weak have no idea what they are saying. I'd suggest you go to a reputable mech, bleed and/or rebuild the brake pump and/or caliper, install stainless steel brake line, ensure brake disk in good condition, install a set of EBC HH or Braking sintered brake pads.

Then you decide if the brakes are weak or not.

Went down to Gyrate tech last night. E boss is a veri nice person and advise me on my ride. Will be there again to get my servicing there.

Regards on my braking issue, e boss told me is due to I'm new to e ride so not use to e braking position. A few more days of riding and getting use to my ride will solve e issue but if I wanna to improve e braking, just change to a better brake pad can le.

Now still looking for a set of use motard setup due to travelling abt 100km daily to work.

Cheers

For weak brakes, like someone posted here; try rebuild caliper as well as master pump.

Me too stil find xr4 front brakes and rear brakes too weak but to rebuild a pump of more than 10 years of age, i'd rather find a new pump and rebuild the calipers.

So now trying new front brake pump with a bit bigger piston, got a good deal of rear kfx450f pump and ordered new front & rear discs. Next is to rebuild calipers, new pads and new braided lines.
