Warm up engine, ride for a while, stop and off bike. While bike cooling down, open up dipstick, wipe and reinsert. At least do twice. And bike must b upright position. Not slanted on side stand.

lol..before i did my overhaul..my xr also eats EO.on a few occasion,I check and it was extremely low!and i quickly ride to change my EO...frankly speaking,it was around 2 wks i change my EO.quite expensive..haha glad tt problem was resolved aft i did my top overhaul...

Oh I know the cost. But can't just fork out few hundred like that for payment ah. Don't have that kinda cash cos still studying! Soon definitely!

I am like u.i am also a student.hw i do my overhaul is i work my ass off as part timer...haha.in the end.I am happy.
