sorry for the long wait bros.. you guys have probably went to check it up yourselves..

i went to Auntie's today and the guy said they'll wrap the rims for $50 bucks.. this is to wrap half of the rim only.. but here's the catch, the area in the center of the rim will not be covered with sticker so it is literarily two strips of sticker on each side of the rim leaving the center botak.. checked with the daughter's shop also same..

so i walked down to Design 219 a few doors down along the main road and they said the same thing.. wrapping it up leaving the center botak where the spokes are.. alternatively, they do spraying of the rims.. it costs $200 for removal of tire and spokes, respray, and wheel alignment.. but the catch for this shop is: LEAVING YOUR BIKE AT THE SHOP coz the whole process takes FIVE DAYS!..

so there you go.. Anyone has better tips, please do HEEELLLP!..

like that, use spray can and DIY spray.. just one morning..

there are a few shops specialized in powdercoat, but they dont do removal of parts.
so Ah Chong / Ah Ann or your favourite mech will help to take out the rim and spokes, clean them and send to powdercoat shops.

here are the shops that do powdercoat.

bit.ly/zijq6A

and it is more lasting than spray but can peel off also, especially if the rim was dented, scratched or surface is not smooth.
