Hi guys, I'm new here, I have a WR200 for 8 months and I have started re-building and I would like to show it to you, and tell me your opinion ..
2 years ago I had another one but unfortunately it stolen.
I am from GREECE and i do not speak English so well, but I know the basics..

This is my wr200:

The thing i'am going to do:

1) Sandblasting and painting the frame and Tank.
2) The crankcase or karter will get new (used of course) because it has an electric welding rather than breaking chain.
3)New cylinder because I want to be nicasil..
4)New piston wiseco and new power valve..
5)All bearings on the machine replacement with brand new KOYO.
6)I Will replace all seals and gaskets..
7)New FMF Powercore silencer, now I have pro circuit and fmf fatty pipe, the fatty pipe is in excellent condition, just wants a clean inside.
8)New handlebar Renthal and new switches.
9)Speedometer Trail tech vapor computer where i've loved it and mask of the same company.
10)Polishing many thing on the bike.
11)Excel motard rims (black colour)
12) V-force 3 reed valve.
13)I 'll do a service on the suspension, and in the back suspension i 'll buy a new harder spring WHITE POWER for supermotard use..

And many other works i'll find in the future..

Any opinion accepted ofcource..

nice clean bike you got bro. Smile
with a new top engine, added compression from wiseco piston plus vforce 3, you'll definitely gonna have one powerful and thirsty bike. haha have friends who did similar modification. can't go wrong in terms of monster torque.
what are you gonna use for the carburetor?? sticking to the stock mikuni?
do update with pictures about your work. would be interesting to follow thru your thread !
cheers from singapore !

The cylinder is not nicasil, thats why i'll buy a new cylinder..
The piston was wiseco, but it is for the rubbish, it was 68mm.
The rod is ok.

single ring or the double ring type?

To change the avatar, go under avatar setting at main menu on left side of screen. Once inside you can go under show gallery and choose the avatar you want from the drop down menu.
once done you can save changes and check if the avatar is selected.

you can also take avatars from other sites but it must be 120 x 120 pixels, the file size no more than 9 KB. just paste the URL in the url box.

cheers.

Thanx bro, yes i'll change it to motard setup, but i'll keep the rims i have now..

Today i cleaned the petrol tank, it was full of rust inside, so i threw a corrosive special paint with nitrocellulose thinner and i also threw 20-25 big (not huge) screws inside, then i was moving and knocking it fora long time. I have to say that it turned out a lot of a dark production.. Then i washed it with water, dry it immediately and threw a little olive oil inside to prevent rust..
