Not fun gettin my ass kicked races after races! Will practice harder from now on before the next race come around.

Looking forward for the 2011 Johor Series!

It was great to be back riding mx, big thanks to Lazza for dragging my ass out of the bar on Friday night otherwise I would have missed it for sure. Track was great fun but took me a few Motos to get the confidence on the jumps, practice would have helped. Had a rip in the 125 class but was out of steam fighting for last place. Vets was much better, keid took some work to get past but the real battle I had was with Criss, we swapped slots for majority of the last moto but eventually I relented to Criss but only to see Keid coming again, stay on and get to the finish for a 4th in the vets = chugged.

Hope the scene returns and some JB races go on again as I am looking forward to getting back to Mx especially with the 350 which was brilliant!

Sad day also as captain Lazza bows out of Asian Mx to take up a new job back home in the Naki NZ. He has lifted Mx In Malaysia to higher standard and is popular rider amongst all, thanks for the impressive last motos.

Thanks to all the kind folks to lend me a ride. Namely Amin and Dark_angel. It was a good push to get me into this race.

10 months ago, I wanted to give up riding for good- in fact I SOLD ALL MY BIKES AWAY. 10 days ago, I booked a fishing trip with my wife on the race weekend. I guess only good frens will beat you up to "FORCE" you to go racing.

In the last few days, I rode so many different bikes. It really open up my eyes and head....almost to a new dimension. Riding 125cc 1 min, a 250cc the next min and then a 450cc the following min. Wow! I LOVE IT, it makes me understand and appreciate the MX sport so much more!!! Only when you ride bikes back-to-back on the same track in the same conditions and in the same few mins....it becomes all so clear.

On Sunday race day, I didn't do any of the bigger jumps.....the step up, the uphill double or the final triple jump. Funny how.....2 days after the race, you go back to the track and 1st lap out, you clear everything including the bigger jumps like I have done it a hundred times. I only did it in my dreams, and it became reality. The power of dreams.....

Thats me on my trusty small bore, stock standard YZ125.... I finished 6th out of about 15 riders.... behind 1- Matthew Cooper, 2- Larry, 3- Hairy Zak, 4- Fadhil Bachok and 5- Firdaus Ishak....

Have not riden my bikes for more then 6 months, I beat those Im expected to beat but have no chance with the top 5 super fast guys! BUT, NO EXCUSES!

p.s. I can now say that Im as good on a 2 stroke as I am on a 4 stroke!

In the Novice class, more then 20 riders lined the gates!
Again, having been off my bikes for more then 6 months... On a Honda CRF250R, first time on something but a Kawasaki since 2006;
havent been training for about a year (my last serious race was this very same race in 2009) I am happy with my overall 6th!

Again, no excuses.... but still happy with my overall!
