Since we are unable to run the X country we will have a simple motocross day at Nusajaya to make up for the delay,

Track will be groomed the day before and remain easy all rounder track
Was thinking of this as the format and if all are still strong at the end we can run a grand national ( all mx bikes in )

MX Open 2 x 15minute moto
on the MX track for the girls who like to see their guys riding MX

MX 2T 2 x 15minute moto
On the MX track but 2 stroke only, if its 2 stroke you can race it

Grand National MX, all MX bikes in for final 15minutes of lovin

Trail Cross 2 x 30 minute motos ( You will not ride the MX track )
Short loop near and around the MX track, no jumps, will be a lot of fun and for all trail / enduro and Newbies. Trail bikes and MX bikes classes, trail bikes will be the premier class though, so no matter what position you finish with trail bike you will still be infront of the mx bikes

Bonus: Dont forget!!!! Riding clinic with the best rider in Asia, one on one pointers and help throughout the day, also local top riders on hand to give out advice and help to their fans ( still waiting for local top riders to come forward).
Motomuppet a motojourn also there to take down notes for the next motoculture edition, pictures of manly action and not so manly action (likely)
Secret Scottish Test Rider (non smoking version) on hand to give out free insults and abuse randomly and for all.

Sound be great fun. The moto muppet and I did the last few Nusa MX's and had a blast they were low key but good fun. Great way to start if you've been thinking about giving MX a try.

I think there's some old nusa mx race reports in slackriders here somewhere for you to check out.

And for a heads up to everyone who's a X-Country fan keep training the race will be in early October date TBC soon. (note all the best offroad racers ride MX for training so get to nusa on the 19th).

And for those of you itching for more MX were working on some low key fun races at Larkin, Bandar Tengara and my all time favourite Kluang.

It all begins and Nusa on the 19th. Be there or be somewhere else regretting not being there!

Thanks to KTM who just called me from Austria after hearing about the event, Heinz Von Stroop has confirmed a KTM as a prize so we will raffle it off at the end the meeting amongst the riders that turned up and rode only. I think its a 350 of a 450f or an RC, I couldnt see inside the box( yes still in the box)

it has been 11months since i rode mx, it will be great to start again with the guidance of the best rider in asia.

I agree with Martynz. Trail cross with a few jumps makes life good! Hopefully's my bike's okay for me to ride to nusa. Been having problems with blown oil seal past 2 rides. Hope to learn more in jumping though.. i still suck at it..
