how much the fine? somehow a tp was in my carpark.i passed by him.he catch me...

My fren kena $120 3 points. And it wasnt even from a TP. Some bugger could have taken a pic and send it to authorities. He didn't even know until the letter came. So guys even at carpark, just put on a helmet. Even if ur pic doesnt get to the authority, u might just find urself in the coolest website Stomp.com

erm actually if ur 'very lucky', he might lose the piece of TP book he wrote all your offences....if ur just 'lucky', u'll get to pay...but u will be riding again....if u're unlucky, u'll no need pay but wun be riding for the next 12 mths....if 'very unlucky', erm...lets not go there...

hope u're a very very very lucky guy since the TP didn't bring u in for inspection...

How can you get a fine for not wearing a helmet in a carpark? Its a carpark not a public road, road rules don't apply right?
