well i like the derbi too but its oni 125cc...not enuff torque.

zhongsheng 150cc is not too bad for light trails,i know i would bet on it is not as gd as a honda, yamaha or a kawasaki.

but the styling of the bike is quite sweet wif the shrouds and tail section along wif the tank which is like mix of Yamaha YZ and Suzuki RM look.the rear shock and fork are showa, which i think its not bad.the engine sounds like it got gd power hidden in there, maybe need to spend some on that section but nah!!!wat for..no need lah.there's front and rear disc brake too.the footpeg are wide foot pegs means gd grip and stable.except for the fork and bars looks really out.Bars can easily change but i dun noe how abt the fork.
yes of course the spare parts is wat i am worry too but they said no problem they have it.

but the price tag of 6k+ for a new bike is not too bad.i can't really afford a nice 2nd hand ktm, even though i can afford it wouldn't be economical for road use as it's 2 stroke.
i want to find a four stroke new bike which is a looker and function both road and off road.
i noe u guys will say y not get dr200 or xr200?it dun look up to date at all.XR 125 is looks not too bad but it lacks power coz its a 4 stroke 125cc.(btw no offence to the guys tat are riding the dr200 or xr200,hope u guys dun mind)
i really can't wait to go ride some dirt.

if you looking for "up to date", by all means go ahead with this bike. but whatever has been said is quite reasonable. so far, parts for this bike are not readily available. so if something happens to the bike, bottom line, you're screwed. to me, the only thing the bike has going for it, is it's looks.

but if you looking for functionality and performance from a 2B 4stroker, come look for fazuli (dr200) and myself (xl200).

hi guys, juz got back from Wing Yap at balestier.
tok to this guy name Jackson(nice guy,gd customer service) enquiring abt the ZongSeng Fly 150.quality from the real life is average using quite gd quailty steel(i study metal engineering so can see the grade of metal they use),plastics r not too bad too.started the engine sounds gd too, throttle veri responsive.nice light rev.

i ask abt the parts whether they haf it in stock,he show mi they haf basic parts in stock and the price list of parts which is quite reasonable compare to buying japanese or european parts.

they quote mi the price of $6750 interest free wif freeHJC helmet, motoworld voucher $20 and free bagster backpack.they will warranty bike for 1yr unlimited mileage which is quite a gd deal overall but limited to the first batch of ZongSeng Fly buyers.

Jackson told mi i could do a test ride tomolo at their AMK outlet.i am going to go try it out tommorrow then i will do a review for u guys Smile hehe
cheers!

When I was racing the Asian Road Racing Championship back in the early '00s Zongshen used to sponsor some really fast riders...but they raced Yamaha R6s...if the rider failed to make the podium they were fired..they had different riders nearly every race...they had plenty of money to spend, but had no idea how to run a team, or how to treat a rider...sure they have learnt by now though....

If im not wrong, they have once entered the motogp scene at the 125cc class rite?

If so, tat means they means business although their knowledge is limited. If wanna buy, make sure got strong dealership support. Outlook and ecstatic can somehow b universal. Its the engine parts tats more impt...
