If you like blardy loud, remove the end can, put the header only, any louder, you'll need an amplifier

Might want to check out HKL at bukit merah...they have a few pipes legal for XRs...LV and WRP so far...GPR also have but i dunno which shop does it...
If you want exclusive, must come out more money and ask shops...u'll be surprise how many pipes can be legalised for xr4 if you have money and willing to ask shops...

Street legal pipes are usually rather quiet. But there are anti-social wankers who insist on removing the baffles and create a racket.
Unfortunately there happens to be 2 DRZ-SMs with tampered street legal pipes using the same carpark, and it's unbelievable how inconsiderate these jokers are in the dead of night.
Loud pipes do not save lives. It only irritates.
The dirt rider community can really do with less anti-social elements.
