Good points but this time i want the riders to do something, as per my previous comment I want a list of the riders who want to take part. Once i have a decent amount of names only then i can work out how much it will cost. So as i said please get yourselves organised and show me the numbers, then we will work on the transport and accomodation.

Just to add to Funtimes comments its important for organisers to know approximate numbers who would plan to attend.
Obviously if there are enough riders to fill up one lorry and to book out all of the resort then the rates will be much cheaper. Scale of economy.
The concept is to run a two day where you can sign in and ride the track on Saturday then race on Sunday. There could also be other options like an enduro cross style race on Saturday afternoon and the full lenght cross country on the sunday. The format is also dependent on how many riders would be planning to attend.
The cool thing about this venue is that the race will be based at the resort and your families can join you and enjoy the resort while you are out riding and like funtime said a swim will be really nice after the race.
I've only ridden there a limited amount but it has a lot of potential and I'm sure there will be a great track created. The place is also much cooler than at the coast so its not so tiring to ride there. I'm hoping to explore the area more in the next few weeks and see what cool trails can be connected together to make a great track.
This will be a really good event and I hope that the riding community will step up and support it. Remember its also round 2 of the series and you have to be in to win and get the overall silverware.

Good Friday is on 2 April, how about holding round 2 on that weekend?

Just wana clarify. How do mssc keep tracks of the guys that enter the race in Round 1 to Round 2? Is there any point system ? Im definitely in for the round 2.

Yep I'm pretty sure Franky has a points system going on probably something like 20 for 1st, 17 for second, 15 third etc.
I'll leave it up to the man himself to explain.

Once i have a chance this week I will allocate and post the points awarded by position in all categories ( results are out and final no requests please )
If you want clean scoring next round then please either dont cheat and follow the marking like all the other riders managed to do
I am still debating if we should have one round out of the series which you can elect to drop ( your worst result out of all the races)

Better start the list of riders who require transport soon or I will shut the offer down and let everyone figure out their own logistics

easter weekend is definately out for me......
I mean is is a religious event for some of us
(not sure why ppl suggesting that weekend)
