sadly it wasn't in that position the whole time.. the bike was lying on it's left side submerge in the water... But good thing the rider is alright... An experience indeed...

Hello Slackers...

So I am begining this whole episode of what's done over the weekend,on a very tiring Monday.So i do hope what's written is understandable and pardon my crap...

This trip was for us trail adventure fun seekers to get out of our stressed life in our little land itself...for me,it's to get away from my not so meaning ful work life during the weekdays...
However i did'nt organised this ride,instead it was from our slackers Gambit,slowheel,Fazz and rubberman.I was just out to have fun and have some good shots and videos.
Altogether...24 riders sacrificed their commitment with family,work,just to be able to have good fun without knowing what's ahead of them to know if it will turn out good or not...in the name of,adventure!

Alrite..let's done with the intro...and get started.

At about 7.30am,weather was superb,it started out a cool morning ride across the border through 2ndlink.

All the bikes parked at Gelang Patah RnR.

The riders consist from as young as 20yrs old,to as not so young as 53yrs old?

short briefing by Gambit and we split into 2 groups as not to get complications on the highway ride of 80km to Ayer Hitam

We stopped for Breakfast cum lunch.

well....no matter how hard we tried to avoid it,"accidents is always out there waiting to happen"...

just before this,there's a sharp ben and unexpected lorry on the incoming direction on this narrow road.

And as most of the riders was heading towards the campsite,me and 2 other riders stop at this uncleshop located 25km inside of Endau Rompin to buy some drinks.

while the rest stop to repair a flat.

i noticed that most of the trees have been brought down
And i get to test ride the tenere...with aftermarket leovince exhaust,the bike is nice to ride...now makes me want to have 1 too.. Embarassed

and as we ride on deeper into the national rainforest.I am riding without front brake as my brakehose snapped....long story... Rolling Eyes

I backtracked noticing that they didnt ride pass.

the most fun terrain starts from here...before,it was mostly dust and potholes after potholes...millions of them...

i rushed back to the fallen DR650...some help was already there.

from the video,it looks easy...but on actual fact...this was actually a very steep slope with ruts and rocks..

vara125 with P-plate summore...rawk on!

checkout Obey's ol man in action...at 50plus yrs of age...still... Shocked

First trail...
First time camp without a tent
First time saw bike submerged in a sungei (and KNN never thought it would be my bike) Sad

First time fell into a sungei (from that height???? scary...) Shocked

First time saw a bike lifted by a crane from sungei
First time hanging ard in a kiosk for 5 hours Rolling Eyes

First time Towed by a bike (thanks kok meng)
Many many lessons learnt..... and i ENJOYED IT!! thanks to Gambit for organizing, and all those who helped me ...
BUT guys... its really really enjoyable.... the cohesiveness and fun spirit of the group the really rocks.... made many friends... Very Happy
