Hey Slackers!
After final discussion, we've settled on NYE potluck instead of BBQ due to tyme constraint & transportation of items s well. + we b having a chalet/bbq in 2009 as proposed in the 1st 3S meet.

Will need a quick response by stating whut yer bringing besyde yer name. 2 persons can share cost and Do take into consideration that there are Muslims so avoid bringing non-halal food.

Suggestions of finger foods:
=mini sandwiches
=sausages
=spring rolls
=chic nuggets
=fried bee hoon etc etc etc
=Also sm1 bring utensils (small plates, forks & spoons).

Do an estimation on amt of food to bring by updating yrslf on pax attending.

Addn items:
+ radio ( fer that bit of entertainment )
+ mat
+ insect repellent
+ tools, torchlight ( in case )

Itinary:
> Meet up @ Punggol MRT 1730hrs.
- North ryders meet up et Esso Yis 1700. Ryde off @ 1715hrs.
- West ryders pls get Cherie.
- East ryders do coordinate or get Bro Isk when he is reachable/ JJ.
> Proceed to location.
> Unpack, eat, njoy nature & ea other's co.
> Packup, & proceed to firewerkz venue.
> Light trail. (TBC)
