hi, it seems that my bike sometimes had this prob of dying when i clutch in n engage gear. i've been cursin at the traffic junction as this will cause delay in moving off. can anybody tell me what's wrong? izz e clutch plate or the carb section. thank u

If it's the clutch section...U should change both cable and bearings.Most times it's the bearings that go first b4 the cable.

U should be able to tell if it's the clutch...Should have the feeling that wen u clutch in like the bike never clutch in...

most prob have something to do with your clutch. either it's time to change the clutch plate. or hopefully (cuz it's cheaper) it's just a prob with your clutch cable....

try changing the cable first and see if that helps... work from best case scenario upwards..

yes..the clutch bearings.my bearings were spoilt like 4 times before my cable actually needs to be replace.and already stated in my first post."clutch section,cable and bearing".and if it's the clutch bearings or cable that's spoilt,the signs would be your biting point keeps slowly getting nearer and nearer till u can't clutch in even though u already pulled in the clutch fully and the bike stalls when u clutch in and engage gears.

try fjt or bike access for the parts...but best check with your fav mech 1st...

ohh.. i dun think it my idling.. just that my bike got difficulty in getting neutral when on stationary position..but if i am stoping the bike, it is easier...tried adjusting my cable, still the same( now on new cable, still the same)... engine oil change also the same...and when i down my gear, got this rotating sound if i release my clutch.. but so far, my bike nvr died on the road...maybe i will change the clutch plates once got aws!
