items in ebay some state cannot ship out of usa..if payment via pay pal they can still ship out??
someone can enlighten me on the procedure??

What's the procedure for a successful Paypal payment.

I've my credit card with me.
Some told me need to apply at Singapore post.
Then Purchase item with all e necessary detail of paypal?

hmm...apply at vpost online IF you want to use vpost delivery from USA or anywhere else...
as for paypal, can just register online at the website...ebay will guide you to register for paypal as well...IF u are purchasing from there...
maybe u can tell us where(which website??) u want to purchase the items...from there we can advise further...
