okay... its only my 20th day riding wr2 and i have tow my bike twice back to my shop.

The problem....

-when riding at low gear..gear 2 or 3 my bike will always stall. EVEN WEN I CLUTCH IN.

-when im stopping at traffic lights, after kicking to gear 1 AND CLUTCH IN again it will stall. same goes for neutral gear, it still gonna stall.

in short i always have to rev my bike wen im not moving or going in slow speed.

lately my bike jus stall at traffic light and cant b start. dats y i towed it away FOR THE SECOND TIME. FYI the first time i towed was also the same problem.

it couldnt b spark plug cuz i juz change it 2 wks ago.
EVEN if it is spark plug dat doesnt xplain the stall i have EVERYTIME.

i realise this shop of mine wasnt a great help.

so people, i seriously need ur help espescially those with wr2 xperience to help me. mayb anione whu encounter the same problem or a really reliable shop dat can really fixed this once and for all.

iguess there is many things that can lead to that stalling issue,

- idling too low ?
- maybe clutch cable ?

fyi when i just got my bike, i towed it to ah piao for 4 times, but i still never gave up, Untill now, its gave me no problem at all.

and iam starting to love my WR2 even more,
LONG LIVE WR2 !

Can be your carb setting or carb problem, can also be your clutch system,
the pipe might be stuffed up with carbons, is there compression when you start? can also be your CDI. can also be your valve.

The thing is its hard to pin point the problem when it's not physically in front of you.

good luck

Well, it is only your 20th day riding your WR. Good luck on getting used to your bike. Most 2 stroke dirt bikes will just need a little more understanding. Cheers!

i agree to going to these 2 mechanics. they are awesome.
stalling is really very common.
jetting
idling
clutch cable
water in carb
eh. . . dun think its the plug if you have already changed it.
dun worry. its NOT a major issue.

wow! that is not Wr2?? it is KTM!!! Mr. Green maybe you have KTM in a WR2 exterior. Mr. Green

serious - Wr2 has a 10 litre tank ( 8 litre with 2 litre reserve) , looking at 120/10 = 12 km/ litre@ today's petrol price? Siao Liao!
