Hi criss, need help in logistics planning. Other than the 50rm to join the club, what is the race fees for 1 class of mx. mind sharing your plans for accomodation and costs involved? Or do you have recommendations for an overnite stay? Sorry got no clue here.

Anybody interested to go?
no license required, just an RM 50 entry fees............
they will have a supercross race and also a 2 hrs endurro running on the weekend!
for those who watched and liked the atmosphere of racing dirtbikes like the one we had at Turf City (over 5000 crowd, full T.V coverage etc), this is your chance to experience a similar kind of race experience (but away from home).........But at a far cheaper price!!!!!
estimated cost would be (3 riders per van)
-$150 each (total of $450 for the "team") for transport, food and lodging.
breakdown cost as below:
1)SGD$60/day for van rental x 3 days ($180)
2)Toll around SGD$40
3)Diesel around SGD$60
4)Accomodation, at a local hotel around SGD$35/night ($70)
5)Glorious Food!!!!! SGD$100
there you go
its a cheap weekend getaway!
p.s. if we can get at least 10 riders, I will call up the organisers to arrange for transport (this will significantly reduce the transportation cost)
do reply if you are interested or u can call me @ 98484272 as well
cheers~
There will be prize money for top 5 riders in all the different classes!

It costs 50rm to join, and 50rm for the race fees, so altogether its 100rm.

Thanks for the replies. My fingers are crossed and hoping to see you guys there in Ipoh.
Taking off on Friday nite and leaving rite after last moto - errr, mind if we all can take a shower first at someone's house before we head off. Being dirty, sticky and smelly myself is bad enough, 6 hours in a truck with 2 others like me is a big no-no.
I'm already thinking of the food!!! Just some food suggestions. Supper in KL on Friday nite? Sun dinner at Seremban?(SG car folks coming from Sepang are meeting there) Drooling :D~~~~
