Hi all, i would like to find out if its possible to raise the height of the XR 125L to make it look more garang. Kinda feel that the rear wheel is quite near the seat..which makes it look like a normal bike rather than a scram Has anione has experience raising the height of their scrams?

bro wat my friend did to his xr was he added brackets or something to make his rear jacked up.. then he bent his number plate slightly facing the sky which further improve the outlook or the bike.

then he took out his air filter cap and made the sound very hollow. overall his xr quite nice but i still prefer to keep my xr as stock as possible besides all the acerbis plastics..

cheers

$75...sounds okay if the bracket is included. I guess if u dun intend to bring ur bike for track shouldn't be a problem to raise the height.

Please DO NOT add any "home made" brackets to your suspension linkage. There have been cases where these brackets gave way. Not a pretty sight.

Unless the link is made by some reputable companies, I would not try to alter the geometry of the bike. If you think the bike is too low, buy another taller bike.

my friend's dad made him the bracket mod, but feels sucky.

XR125 looks really like a normal bike, that it could be mistaken as an RXZ.

Just got my ride...quite nice...except that it doesn't have the power of my previous phantom 150. Overall..quite satisfied. I dun think it look like a RXZ though...coz the shape of XR125 is rather unique..a class of its own...perhaps comparable to SAF scramblers. Hah.
