you can try resizing the picture\s into a smaller file using progams like infraview. The current format you uploaded is too big for most of the computer monitors, i suggest saving it as Jpeg-1000x666 rought estimate.

dark_angel : usually i use paint to resize the pictures..and i do it one by one and save it one by one..in this case i have 114 pictures..will take me hours just to edit the pictures...is there a more faster and efficient method or program?

u could use Irfanview to downsize ur pix in batches
