98 and above lor. although i think u can get by with 95 with no problems. Smile

from the ktm owner's handbook..

125: Unleaded premium gasoline RON 98 mixed with high grade two stroke oil.

200: Unleaded premium gasoline RON 95 mixed with high grade two stroke oil.

250/300/380: Unleaded premium gasoline RON 95 mixed with high grade two stroke oil.

hi bro, use at least 98 unleaded petrol for yur bike. using lower grades affect yur bike performance. there is no best petrol company, just which company serve u better!! try all those companies, frm there u will find one that suits yur bike best!!
(for me its mobil and shell)

depending on ur octane level lor... read bike's user manual..they got state! If it states octane 95..pump 95 above...

For my KTM I pump 98 in SGP and 97 in Malaysia
For my Honda, I pump 95 in SGP and 97 in Malaysia


For 4-strokes (i dunno for 2-strokes), if you pump a lower octane petrol, then you get engine knocking, which means damage to your engine.

I read somewhere if you want to visit Countries where there is no high octane petrol, then you need to change the spark-timing or buy a CDI designed for low octane petrol.
