If you want something that can reduce or eliminates vibration, try this handle bar, I have it on my bike and it works!
www.universalmotocross..._bars.html
" At Universal, the evolution of our high-performance parts and accessories is relentless. Consider our Deuce and Solex handlebars. New bends. More colors. Better materials. Add it up and you get the strongest, best-looking handlebars in the game. Switch your bars to Universal and you’ll see what we mean. Change isn’t merely good—it’s essential."

ive never found grips to ever change the vibration from the bike. but i have found them to change the amount of grip and control you have over your bike, with respect to how comfortable you find them.
for example this summer i tried riding with a full waffle grip, and i pulled off after 3 laps and changed them back to half waffles because they were too uncomfortable and i felt the bike was moving more than i wanted it too (because of the waffle ridges folding back and forth under my palm).
My choice in grips are the Renthal Dual compound half waffle grip, super sticky and comfortable. although i will ride with a pillow grip too, but that comes second to the half waffle.

When you go to the gym, your arms are your best suspensions.
