Ullu Pengilli Dirt Bike Carnival

Anybody interested,the annual Dirt Bike Carnival will be held this w/end at the ullu pengilli mx track.(located 30kms south of kluang on the kluang -kota tinnggi rd).There will be classes for mx nd trailbikes,with the trailbikes running a different track (no jumps).Practise is on sat,nd registration/racing on sun. The race is open to ALL riders,and riders who have taken part in previous years will agree it is worth the trip up.With the singapore racing scene "on holiday" at the moment,it might be a good opportunity for you guys to get in some race practise.

overall : good trek,good weather+nice crowd. but bad placing Mr. Green

Yeah,as nivek said,great weather,perfect track conditions and a big crowd.Results were not as good as what we hoped for (best placing was 3rd o/all for peter.c in the trail bike class!),but considering the size of the field- 25+ riders in each class,and that most of the racers live nearby the track,not too bad.Highlights of the day?- peter.c stalling his bike 1 metre short of the finnish line after leading most of the final moto and faris passing a xr400 flat out (100kmh+??) on the main straight riding a borrowed kx80!!!,and of course yzfer in the 2nd moto crashing at the start and coming from last place to within 2 metres of passing me for 7th at the finnish!!! ha ha ha!

Just love it, never know it would be so fun Razz

Just ride never win its okay, as long as i enjoyed it(Trail class -no jumps)

Yup... i think thats important... I had sooo much fun riding that race!! Even though i came 7th o something like that but its not important anymore cos the fun factor wins...see you all in pd.. i hope..
