im using the same ratio,can go 120 no prob,can go more too...but wouldnt dare..
theres a gearing calculator for xr4 if u google it..it shows u the top speed given the sprocket ratio provided by u |

err ive experienced carb problems with my rxz twice,and to my experience,no u cant rebuild the carb...
imagine the bore of a block which fits the piston,if u oversize it,u cant paste back those lil ... |

guys,i think its all common sense,u just need to hear whether ur engine is 'screaming' loud out of the engine brake or is it just normal no-stress-on-it sound
